Book ahead or ask about a walk-in
Appointments are encouraged so the office can prepare for your visit. Walk-ins are accepted for non-DOT drug testing. For other services, contact the Alabama team to confirm availability and any special requirements.
Bring your identification
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. Check that the name on your appointment and the information supplied by your employer are consistent. If you have a question about identification, call the office before your visit.
Keep your authorization handy
Bring any testing authorization, order, or paperwork you were given. If an employer or another organization requested your test, keep its contact details available. Confirm payment arrangements or bring the required payment.
Allow time for check-in
Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so you have time for intake. Follow the preparation instructions provided for your specific test. If you have not received instructions, contact the office rather than guessing.
